Choices
1. "No! Get this thing out of me, it hurts!"
Outcome One of the party attempts to remove the splinter. Depending on the dice roll this may create a piece of Equipment, or result in the hero gaining Elmsoul.
2. "You're right. It's just a splinter. Come on."
Outcome The splinter remains inside the hero. Hero gets Elmsoul.
