Choices
1. This is wrong. We have to free them.
Outcome Begin battle with the Morthagi.
2. They chose this. It's not up to us to interfere.
Outcome The party leaves without a fight. No consequences.
3. We'll come back later and destroy it!
Outcome Success: The tower is deactivated.
Failure: Begin battle with the Morthagi. Start the battle with Dismay (all foes gain +1 hitpoint to start the mission).
