Wisdom is a passive ability available to any hero.

In-Game Description

The Hero gets a bonus to all campaign-level tasks based on age (+100% of base job speed for every 35 years).

Upgrade

+10 Retirement Age, +15 Charisma.

Specifics

An extra "person" of effectiveness in overland map tasks for every 35 years of age.

Tips
