The group find a broken down Morthagi in an abandoned tower.
Choices
1. "I say we torch this whole room. Bust their plans up."
Outcome Morthagi lose one calamity card. Start the battle with Intimidation (all foes suffer 2 damage to start the mission).
2. "Here's one that's nearly finished. Just needs a parent."
Outcome The hero repairs the Morthagi and a sommelier joins the party as their pet, and stays for the rest of the campaign. The hero starts the battle with Nausea (all party members lose 1 hitpoint).
3. "Dismantle it. Search for what's useful, but it's dangerous to linger here."
Outcome Gain +1d2 spellthreads and +1d2 ingots.
