Requests for the french translation
- we started the french localization assuming that the translate extension [1] will be installed server side. If we can have this one, the translation we started would work with a very low additional work
- In order to customize properly the title of the french version of the pages, we would need the variable $wgAllowDisplayTitle to be activated. We are already assuming it would be activated and use it but it's doing nothint until we have the feature (it would just look so much cleaner).

- the Labeled Section Transclusion extension seems generally useful for organization without repeating things. [2]
