Poisoned enemies take x true damage at the start of their turns. This bypasses armor and warding.

  • If poison is applied more than once, the amount of damage done stacks.
  • Poison normally lasts 3 turns, if not otherwise specified.
  • Poison does no damage on the turn it is applied; it takes effect at the start of the monster's turn
  • If an already-poisoned character is poisoned again, the poison strengths are added together and the duration is reset to 3 more turns.
