A hero can become Crowtouched after encountering a mysterious woman during the event As The Crow Flies. It is a permanent transformation.

Specifics
A Crowtouched hero may be given Crow Wings or a Crow Head.
The event targets a character with the hook Mysterious and a Bookish score >= 200.
Crow Head
Hero has mean peck and a loud call.
Crow Peck. Peck a nearby foe with your crow beak.
