The Pinecone is a pet that can be adopted via the Silver and Shadows event.
In-Game Description
Maybe some century it'll grow up to be a Treewalker or something.

Specifics
Forestkind: <Hero> can wall with trees.
Acquisition
During the event Silver and Shadows, choose option 2, and the hero will find a seed in the ground left in the wake of the forest walker. At the end of the chapter, there will be a tiding during which the seed will sprout into a pinecone that stays with the hero.
Trivia
If the hero with the pinecone is a part of the Answer to Austerity event, the player may choose to return the pinecone to the forest walker. The hero loses the pinecone but permanently gains +1 health.
