With some themes a theme order conflict occurs in which a hero with theme A can receive theme B but a hero with theme B may not receive theme A. This is caused when themes do not conflict but the event to gain one theme cannot be triggered on a hero that has the other theme. For example a hero with the crowtouched theme’s crow wings can gain a head theme but the event Company of Crows requires both the head slot and wing slot to be available so a hero with any head theme can no longer receive crow wings.
