Wisdom is a passive ability available to any hero.
In-Game Description
The Hero gets a bonus to all campaign-level tasks based on age (+100% of base job speed for every 35 years).
Upgrade
+10 Retirement Age, +15 Charisma.

An extra "person" of effectiveness in overland map tasks for every 35 years of age.
Tips
- Wisdom is particularly valuable for a hunter. The time taken by a Scout job depends almost solely on the fastest hunter, with other heroes contributing very little. Consequently, giving that hunter Wisdom dramatically shortens scouting times.
- Wisdom is also useful for mystics to accelerate Secure jobs.
