A Song for the Someday Gone
|A Song for Someday Gone|
|Douglas Austin||Event type|
A hero wants to leave the party in search of inspiration. If the player chooses to follow the opportunity they can select a third person to join the party.
In the second part of the story, after arriving at the site, they hear the sounds of (potential) monsters.
1. "Well, there's been some run-ins out here. Stick by the fire. Maybe it's nothing."
2. "Only a fool waits in the open for lightning to strike..."
Outcome Successful outcome: They leave the fire and spot the enemy entering their camp. Failure outcome: They return to the camp to find it looted.
This two-part event is a good example of dialogue varying greatly depending on the personality of the protagonist.
