Worldwalker Games is made up of Nate & Anne Austin, a husband and wife team working out of Austin, Texas. Between the two of us, we have almost 20 years of experience in the game industry (in fact, that’s how we met). Nate, the programmer, has an ambitious streak and a penchant for “cutting his own path” through the jungles of game development. Anne, the artist, has an illustration and graphic design background and is happiest when she’s sketching monsters in goofy hats.
Our first game, a turn-based strategy/RPG called Wildermyth, started as a side project but became a full-time venture when we got the opportunity to launch our studio. As the project has grown, we’ve brought on a remote team of contractors (music, sound, writing, production, additional programming, etc.). Wildermyth entered Beta on March 1st 2019, and we’re hoping for a full launch later this year.
