The party encounter a Thrixl who communicates telepathically with one of the heroes.
Choices
1. "It's in their mind? Let's take it out!"
Outcome Destroy the Thrixl and begin the battle as normal.
2. "Wait! If it's telling the truth, this could be an opportunity to get to better understand the Thrixl."
Outcome Accept their offer of help: the Thrixl will join the party for the next battle. After combat, add a Thrixl calamity card. The following is added to the possessed hero's history: A Thrixl inhabited <Hero>'s mind for a time, and <Hero>'s companions oft worried that malign effects might still be lurking in the deep recesses of their mind.
