Defend against incursion |
Depending on party composition you will receive various choices (with various chances of success) when defending against an incursion.
Choices
1. Stand tall and let forth a battlecry!
Outcome Success: Start combat with Courage (all party members gain +2 damage/potency for 3 turns) and Haste (all party members have +1 speed for the duration of combat).
Failure: Start combat with Dismay (all foes gain +1 hitpoint to start the mission).
2. Use our knowledge of the land to hurry their approach.
Outcome Success: Start combat with Intimidation (all foes suffer 2 damage to start the mission) and Insight (double the stunt chance for all party members).
Failure: The hunter begins combat stunned for two turns.
3. Stay hidden until the last moment. Fight with cunning.
Outcome Success: Start combat with Stealth (all party members begin combat in Greyplane) and Cunning (flanking attacks this combat deal +2 damage).
Failure: Start combat with Disorder (walling provides no armor this combat).
