Success: The hero gains +15 Charisma and +10 Recovery Rate. The party also gains 1d2 heartwoods, 1d2 ingots, 1d2 hides, and 1d2 fabrics.
Failure: the hero loses -5 Charisma and -5 Recovery Rate
