The Sunswallower's Wake is a three-chapter campaign with different main enemies.

The campaign can be started with three legacy heroes.
Chapter 1
The heroes come out of retirement to help take down the resurfacing deepist threat

| The three heroes unite against the resurfacing deepist threat. They meet a servant that show them a secret passage into the mountain where the deepists lie. The task is to take out all combat tiles and finish off the deepists in the mountain.[detailed description of plot]

Chapter 2
The heroes are tasked by a mercenary to help them take down both morthagi and drauven.

| The heroes once again are tasked to go into action from a mercenary. According to them the morthagi and drauven have been fighting each other and mercenaries have been selling their service to both sides, prolonging the battle and increasing the death toll on all sides. The task is to take out all combat tiles and finish off both morthagi and drauven.[detailed description of plot]
