While patrolling in the mist, two heroes as captured by Deepists. They are caged along with an old automaton equipped with a shovel.

Outcome The hero loses one arm so to activate the old robot. The robot Erklebits leads them out of the cage and will join the next fight. The injured hero will need to move to a nearby village to heal.
