Opportunity |
The hero and a friend journey to a destination inside of the hero. What does that mean, exactly? I certainly don't know.
Choices
1. And so they set out on a journey.
- 1.1 Disperse the bacteria-things. Like doctors.

Begin combat with the bacteria-things with Intimidation (all foes suffer 2 damage to start the mission). The hero gains the "Clearbody" aspect for the rest of the campaign, which grants +0.7 Potency. The following is added to their history:
They journeyed into the depths of their own body and destroyed the parasitic entity that was chewing around in there... or. I mean, or it was all a weird encounter with some imagination-bending monster, a manifestation of fantasy that became indistinguishable from reality? But, uhh... I guess that doesn't super matter? Anyway, <Hero> won. And that was good.

- 1.2 "Or--and tell me if this is crazy--but what if we just try talking to the disease?"
ExpandOutcome
|
Enter combat with the pig. The hero gains the "Symbiont" aspect for the rest of the campaign, which grants +0.5 Health, +0.5 Armor, and +0.5 Warding. The following is added to their history:
They journeyed into the depths of their own body, and encountered there a parasitic being. But, being <Hero>, they decided that a parasite might make a close and precious friend. Turns out it does! For the rest of their life, they would talk to their body, and others swore that sometimes they heard their body answer.

2. "Come on, <Name>. There's good mulled wine at the roastinghouse."
