Two heroes explore a wizard's tower. Curiosity gets the better of one of them.
Choices
1. "Scare it out of the corner! Then the cat will chase it and not us!"
Outcome Use the rat to lure the cat away from the heroes. The rat is killed.
2. "I'm not running another step! Fight the cat!"
Outcome Success: Scare off the cat and start the battle as normal.
Failure: One of the heroes starts the battle with Wound (one party member loses half hit points to start combat).Irrespective of the outcome of the roll, the goofball hero will adopt the rat, and the following is added to their history:
<Hero> was befriended by a rat whose life they saved. It follows them around, looking for an opportunity to repay the debt.
