Panel Editor

Todo please document all the stuff you can and cannot do when you click on a panel:

Add Equipment to a Character:

   - Under equipment, go to equipItemsById. 
   - Click "New"
   - A new line will appear saying "0: _INVALID_". Click on it
   - A list will appear, filled with items that can be equipped to the character.

Remove Equipment from a Character

  - Under equipment, go to mode
  - Click on the text next to mode
  - A list will appear filled with options for equipment.
       *NOTE: "Remove All" will basically leave the characters naked. Use with caution.
