The tooltips and formula automatically update (based on the new game data). IMO, manually removing a concession that was previously manually added is tedious. I've personally never wanted to maintain these pages by hand.

I think the following suggestion is a horrible hack, but if you really want to (automatically, not manually) hide an upgraded tooltip which doesn't differ from the base tooltip, one option is to consider writing a template which compares the base actionPoints, damageType, description, and formula to the corresponding upgraded values. If any differ, then call the upgraded tooltip to display itself.

I don't want to get sucked back into debates about readability vs. auto-updating pages, but the reader doesn't only deserve pages that are easy to read, they also deserve pages that are not out-of-date. Perhaps someone else can come up with some better automated solution that achieves both goals? -- FeralKitty (talk) 19:53, 4 March 2022 (PST)
