This event serves as the introduction to 3- or 5-chapter legacy campaigns.
1. Save the tavern.
Outcome Gain +2 legacy points.
2. Save the town stores.
Outcome Gain +1 heartwood, hide, ingot, and fabric.
3. Save the shrinetree.
Outcome Gain +4 spellthreads.
Irrespective of the choice, the ensuing battle begins with Endurance (all party members gain +1 armor and +1 warding).
The dialogue in this event varies greatly by personality.
