This campaign-level task takes control of a once-hostile wilderness site (station) and makes it civilized, safe for the heroes' people. Securing a site earns resources that can be spent in the next interval to upgrade gear.
Taking extra time to research the site while securing it earns a piece of gear for the party. It can be given to any hero, whether they participated in securing the site or not.
