Legacy Point
This page is just a baby! Please help it grow by adding more details.
Legacy Points are used to recruit heroes and build stations. You can also spend them to suppress the strength of monster armies by cancelling calamities. Finally, Legacy points can be spent to upgrade equipment as a substitute for missing resources. The number of Legacy Points is shown next to the company name.
The company gains 2 Legacy Points for a successful assault, defense, or interception mission, or if an incursion exhausts itself on prepared defenses. Many events also grant Legacy Points.
Every 10 Legacy Points left over at the end of a campaign grants one bonus Legacy promotion.
Tips
In Tragic Hero Difficulty or above, it is recommended to spend these on canceling Calamities, but in Adventurer difficulty or below, it is instead recommended to mostly save these for the end of the campaign, although after all battles (except the final one), scouting missions, and maybe opportunities, they should be spent down to the nearest multiple of 10 on calamities (or ending in 8 if there is an incursion that will grant LP). In either situation, recruiting new heroes is almost always worth it, as it either adds a legacy hero or decreases defeat costs. In addition, spending legacy points on resources is almost never worth it, except during final preparations where any remaining points above the multiple of 10 should be used, because of the opportunity cost associated with the purchase. Building a station may or may not be worth it, because although it is only one legacy point for two resources and a defensible location, there is still a small opportunity cost.
