The wikipage stated the rewards for first choice was +4 retirement age and +1 legacy point, second choice +1 legacy point and third choice +1 heart wood and +1 hide.
This event was added in 1.3+363 Dolse Ponder.
After testing out the event i neither got retirement age nor heart wood and hide. Instead i only got 1 legacy point for both first and second choice and 1 fabric for third choice. For now i'll update the page with the rewards i got.
