Outcome Roll. A succesful outcome and the party step in quicksand. Temporary buff +1 speed in the next battle. A failure and the party step in... slowsand! Temporary penalty -1 speed in the next battle.
2. "Let's move on then... (I'll come back when everyone's asleep.)"
Outcome Roll. A succesful outcome and the hero plus one other step in quicksand. Temporary buff +1 speed in the next battle. A failure and they step in... slowsand! Temporary penalty -2 speed in the next battle.
3. "It will remain a mystery. Let's go."
Outcome Do not investigate the sign.
