Usage
This template displays the "is blocked by" list of themes that conflict with a specified theme.
The template uses the following parameters:
- 1
- The specified theme (e.g. bear, or Beartouched)
- 2
- An optional blocks parameter returns the list of themes that the specified theme blocks
