Poisoned enemies take x true damage at the start of their turns. This bypasses armor and warding.
- If poison is applied more than once, the amount of damage done stacks.
- Poison normally lasts 3 turns, if not otherwise specified.
- Poison does no damage on the turn it is applied; it takes effect at the start of the monster's turn
- If a character is poisoned more than once, the separate applications stack and their durations are tracked individually (despite how it shows in the UI)
