Deafened is a status effect that lowers bonus damage and potency.

Specifics
- Deafened cannot be stacked
- Shriek is an AoE ranged attack so multiple heroes can be targeted
- The Abjure stunt effect has its own version of the Deafened status effect that reduces outgoing damage by 2 instead of modifying Bonus Damage and Potency.
