Broadswipes is a Warrior ability.
In-Game Description
(Passive) Hero's melee attacks deal x damage to all other foes within range.
Upgrade
Broadswipes deals +2 damage to enemies within range.
Specifics

2 + (Bonus Damage + Potency), minimum 2
- Upgraded damage =
- Bonus damage and potency are both rounded down before being summed
- Damage from Broadswipes counts as an attack for setting up flanking
Uses
- Stack enough Bonus Damage and Potency and this ability can become mass-murdering. Damage from Bloodrage also stacks.
- Part of a strong warrior archetype, with Sentinel, and Vigilance.
- Combo with Long Reach and / or spear weapons to increase the number of targets within range.
- Combo with abilities that grant extra attacks - i.e. Battledance, certain transformations (e.g. Scorpion Tail, Wolftouched), a mystic with Spiritblade.
- Combo with Zealous Leap as both abilities benefit greatly from Potency, and leap helps with positioning.
- Alternatively, combo with Shieldshear or Backslam to dish more damage on a swift action.
- Applies some weapon effects (e.g. poison, extra damage to specific enemies) to targets.
