Hobbled Enemy

Hobbled is a status effect that reduces speed of the target for each stack of hobbled.

  • Hobbled can be stacked, increasing the duration and severity
  • Each stack of Hobbled reduces speed by 2, down to minimum of 1 speed
  • The number of stacks of Hobbled is reduced by 1 at the end of a unit's (side's) turn
