Sylvan is a Theme that can be gained by a Hero from the event Drifters.

Marked with green after sleeping in a spirit's clearing
A fully transformed Sylvan Warrior.
The alternative "Knotted" skin, unlocked after completing the "Into Mulch" achievement.
Ability upgrade to Witherbolt.

Theme conflicts

A Sylvan hero will not be eligible for any of these additional themes: Beartouched, Botanical, Celestial, Child of the Hills, Crystalline, Crowtouched, Deepist Spy, Flamesoul, Frogtouched, Gorgonoid, Mark of the Horn, Mortificial Enhancements, Shadow, Skeletal, Vulture Acolyte, Wolftouched

If a hero has any of these themes, it is not possible to also become Sylvan: Beartouched, Botanical, Celestial, Child of the Hills, Crowtouched, Crystalline, Deepist Spy, Flamesoul, Frogtouched, Gorgonoid, Mark of the Horn, Shadow, Skeletal, Vulture Acolyte, Wolftouched

Theme Upgrade

Chaos Whorl

(Active) Once per turn as a single action, <name> targets an enemy, causing it to suck up health from nearby enemies as Temp Health. Number of enemies and health taken increases with the size of the target, up to a 4-tile target.

Note: to use this ability, it must be selected as a theme upgrade upon hero promotion.

Requires at least one Sylvan Arm for Chaos Whorl to appear as an upgrade selection.

Specifics

The Hero gains Spirit-Marked.

Changing the Hero's hair and secondary color will change this theme's base appearance. The "Knotted" skin can be changed with the hair, the primary, and the secondary colors.

<self>'s left arm channels a twisting life force.

Invigoration

Twice per combat, <name> touches an adjacent target to grant x Temp Health.

Health: 2 + 1/2(Bonus Damage + Potency)

<self>'s right arm glows green, bearing a boney gauntlet.

Witherbolt

x magic damage, range 6 (Ranged)

<firstName> sends a chaotic bolt of withering energy that leaps among up to 3 enemies, doubling in damage for each target it hits.

Tips

  • Witherbolt is very powerful for Vigorflow build Mystics as it allows you to hit three targets with Vigorflow but only requires one arm leaving a human arm available to hold a Swan Scepter.

Theme Changes

Sylvan transformation has changed from it's original format. Look is now more like a green furred Minotaur.
