Specifics
- Falling Stars cannot stunt.
- Focus Range 6.6 + Long Reach
- Area of effect is a 3x3 square centered on the focus tile, so enemies farther away than 6.6 + Long Reach may be hit
- Can apply Blinding Attacks but not Poison or Crippling Strikes.
- Damage is increased by Lover's Vengeance but does not benefit from Vigorflow, Bloodrage, or Sharpshooter.
- Does not trigger Broadswipes
- Does not benefit from flanking, and only sets up flanking when the attack hits.
- Enemies do not benefit from cover bonuses from scenery.
- A hero with both Celestial arms retains Shooting Star and may do two attacks per turn if Shooting Star is used first.
