Damage: (5 to 8) + (Bonus Damage + Potency)

Requires at least one Celestial Arm for Meteor Strike to appear as an upgrade selection.

Specifics

  • Meteor Strike cannot stunt.

  • Enemies will attempt to avoid the target area, similarly to Guardian and fire.
  • Can apply Blinding Attacks but not Poison or Crippling Strikes.
  • Damage is increased by Lover's Vengeance but does not benefit from Vigorflow, Bloodrage, or Sharpshooter.
  • Does not trigger Broadswipes
  • Does not benefit from flanking, and only sets up flanking when the attack hits.
  • Enemies do not benefit from cover bonuses from scenery.
