Blinding Attacks Starlight shines forth from <name>'s attacks. 25% chance for attacks to blind enemies. |
Specifics
- Blinding is only possible on a successful attack, so an attack with 80% chance to hit would have a 20% chance to blind the target
- The chance to blind applies to active attacks that deal physical or magical damage but not with true damage. Some Examples below:
- Works with Physical damage attacks e.g. regular attacks, Broadswipes, Crystal Chrysalis, Shard Skin
- Works with Magical damage attacks e.g. Meteor Strike, Fire damage from an interfused Blaze, Starseed
- Also works with most Interfusions that deal damage, Spiritchase, Shieldshear
- Does not work with Shy Swipes
- Not applicable for True damage such as Poison, Ice Shield, Splinterskin, Indignance, Talon Dive, Jumpjaw or Sharktrap
- Not applicable for non-damaging moves like Quellingmoss active ability or Skunk Spray
